Since we started capturing data from different sources, we have faced some challenges in handling this information. The first was the normalization of fields, terms and taxonomy. To solve this problem, we use Artificial Intelligence, in particular, Magali Robot, to recycle initially incompatible data and put everything in the same data context.
The second challenge is to be able to see this data clearly to see its nuances and its real meaning. The indicators are adopted to better represent a trend or a compilation of numerical information.
Indicators are often used for analysis of processed data, they usually present with the following tripod:

For example:
City x Sales in the Period x Visit reports from sales representatives
Factory Sector x Number of Failures in the Period x Maintenance Reports + Manuals
Human body parts x Number of illnesses x Medical studies
Another variable that is always present is time, that is, how these Indicators vary over the analyzed period.
This set of data / information is very difficult to be consulted using a single interface and often requires the analyst-auditor a great ability to move from one graph to another, from a spreadsheet to analytical reports, which in addition to taking a long time, often leads to errors in perception.
That is how we saw the need to create a tool that would simplify and bring all this information together in a single interface.
We started the development of Maps245 in this line: the user places the map he wants and feeds with numerical data of indicators that are represented on the image. By clicking on the point on the map, the list of documents with reports, analyzes, manuals for that city, sector, equipment or agency being indicated opens.
A "range" control allows the visualization of the evolution of the indicators over time directly on the map.
In addition to greatly simplifying data analysis, this type of visualization interface facilitates communication with senior management for decision making
